左旋氨氯地平和替米沙坦对老年高血压患者血压变异性的影响

Influence of levamlodipine and telmisartan on blood pressure variability in elderly hypertensive patients

目的探讨左旋氨氯地平和替米沙坦对老年高血压患者血压变异性(BPV)的影响。方法 90例轻、中度原发高血压病患者分别给予左旋氨氯地平和替米沙坦单药或联合用药,比较治疗前和治疗8周后动态血压和BPV的变化。结果左旋氨氯地平和替米沙坦单药或联合用药8周后患者血压和BPV均有显著降低,以联合用药组下降更为明显。结论不仅能有效地降低老年高血压患者的血压,而且能有效降低BPV,因而是一种理想的联合用药方案,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the Levamlodipine and peaceful influence of telmisan in elderly hypertensive patients with blood pressure variability （BPV）. Methods Totally 90 cases of mild to moderate primary hypertensive patients were given Levamlodipine and the peaceful telmisartan monotherapy or combination therapy,the comparison before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,changes of ambulatory blood pressure and BPV. Results levamlodipine and the telmisartan single drug or combination after 8 weeks in patients with blood pressure and BPV have significantly reduced the combined treatment group decreased more obviously. Conclusions The therapy not only can effectively reduce blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients ,and can effectively reduce the BPV,which is an ideal combination of programs which should be widely applied.
