医务人员视疲劳1356例的原因分析

Analysis of causes of vision fatigue of medical personnel

目的通过分析医务人员视疲劳的病因寻求有效的防治办法。方法对郑州市中心医院在职医务人员进行视疲劳调查,对有症状者运用眼科常规检查法分析比较。结果医务人员视疲劳的发病率较高,平均发病率为90.2%,劳累和屈光不正是主要因素,26～55岁人群高发。结论医务人员视疲劳的原因较多,分清原因可以更有效的防治,使其能够更好的为患者服务。

Objective Through analyzing the causes of vision fatigue of medical personnel to seek effective prevention and cure. Methods To investigate medical personnel on service in our hospital and use ophthalmologic usual methods to observe and compare with their symptoms carefully. Results The incidence of vision fatigue of medical personnel is high and the average incidence is 90.2%. Tiredness and error of refraction are main causes and the common occurrence age is from 25 to 50 years old. Conclusions The causes of vision fatigue of medical personnel are complex and investigating causes clearly can lead to more effective precautions and then they can better serve for patients.
