任脉与“腹白线”关系研究

Research on the relationship between conception vessel and 'linea alba'

由于腹针疗法中任脉在腹部的取穴是以"腹白线"作为标准,与当前广泛认为的任脉腹部取穴均以人体前正中线作为标准不同,引发了笔者对任脉与"腹白线"关系的探讨。笔者通过相关文献整理与分析,并结合腹针疗法,从任脉循行分布、任脉生理作用及临床实践3方面进行了阐述,以及临床上对300例颈肩腰膝疼痛患者在取穴上将前正中线定位取穴和"腹白线"定位取穴进行的即时疗效比较,表明腹针疗法提出的以"腹白线"下方作为任脉在腹部的取穴标准是有临床疗效作为支撑的,临床疗效更好,是符合临床实际的。

The selection of the acupuncture point in the abdomen conception vessel in abdomen acupuncture is taking the ＇linea alba＇ as the standard,which is different from the widely recognized standard of finding acupuncture points in the conception vessel from the central line of the abdomen.That leads to the discussion about the relationship between the conception vessel and the ＇linea alba＇.We discuss in this paper the conception vessel distribution,its physiological function and clinical practice by analyzing relevant documents and drawing upon our practice in abdomen acupuncture.Also,a study of 300 patients with pain of neck,shoulder,waist and knee shows that the acupoint selection of ＇linea alba＇ is more effective than the central line of the abdomen in clinical practice.Therefore,theory of abdominal acupuncture that conception vessel runs below the ＇linea alba＇ is correct and accords with clinical practice with the better clinical effect.
