艾滋病中医证候研究的实践与思考

Practices and thoughts of research in the traditional Chinese medical symptoms of HIV/AIDS

艾滋病中医证候学研究是发挥中医药防治艾滋病优势的基础和前提,对艾滋病中医病因病机、辨证论治理论体系的构建具有重要意义。课题组在"十五"、"十一五"期间运用文献学、流行病学、系统生物学等研究方法,对艾滋病中医证候进行了系统的研究,建立了艾滋病中医证候数据库,初步掌握了HIV/AIDS中医证候分布及演变规律,拟定了艾滋病中医常见基本证候辨证标准,搭建了艾滋病中医证候系统生物学研究平台,并对"十二五"艾滋病中医证候科研工作进行了展望。

The Research in the TCM Symptoms of HIV/AIDS is to play basis and prerequisite role for the advantage of Chinese medicine to prevent and cure HIV/AIDS,and it＇s important to build the theoretical system of TCM Pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment by differentiation of signs of HIV/AIDS.During the Tenth and Eleventh Five-year Plan Period,using of literature,epidemiology,systems biology and other research methods,research group had processed systematic rearch on TCM Symptoms of HIV/AIDS,built up TCM Symptoms database,mastered preliminarily TCM symptoms distribution and evolution,protocoled TCM basic diagonostic criteria of commom symptoms,constructed biology research platform on TCM symptoms of HIV/AIDS,and prospected scientific research of TCM Symptoms in the Twelveth Five-year Plan Period.
