决明子提取物的FTIR光谱特性及与药效间的关联性

FTIR spectral characteristics of Cassia Seed extractive and its relationship with pharmacodynamic action

目的:为了寻求简便快速鉴别决明子不同提取物的方法,并结合药效学实验结果,识别决明子降脂有效部位的光谱特征。方法:采用分辨率高、重现性好、简便快捷的FTIR光谱法,研究了决明子6种不同极性提取溶剂所得提取物的FTIR光谱特征,并结合药效学实验结果做了分析。结果:决明子6种溶剂提取物的红外光谱图有明显的区别。吸收峰高低有显著变化的是3 008.0cm-1,1 745.9cm-1和1 653.7cm-1的吸收峰。结论:决明子的乙酸乙酯提取物是降脂的有效部位之一。

Objective： In order to search for simple and rapid way to identify different Cassia Seed extractive and distinguish FTIR spectroscopy of its effective parts on lipid-loweringing according to the results of pharmacodynamic experiments.Methods： With high resolution,reproducible,simple and efficient FTIR spectroscopy,six different of Cassia seed extracts from different polar extraction solvents were studied by FTIR spectral features.Results： Combined with pharmacodynamic action,the FTIR spectrum were analyzed.The results showed that： The six extraction solvents of Cassia seed infrared spectra had a significant difference.Absorption of a significant change in the level 3 008.0 cm^-1,1 745.9 cm^-1 and 1 653.7 cm^-1 absorption peak were different.Conclusion： One of the effective lipid-loweringing parts of Cassia seed was the ethyl acetate extract.
