多模式音频脉冲光电治疗仪治疗原发性1级高血压病临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察多模式音频脉冲光电治疗仪对原发性1级高血压病患者的临床治疗效应。方法:对90例原发性1级高血压病患者进行辨证分型后,将各证型患者随机分入光电音治疗组、单纯针刺组和口服安慰剂组,采用相应治疗。结果:光电音治疗组治疗后降压的总有效率显著优于单纯针刺组(P<0.05)和口服安慰剂组(P<0.01)。光电音治疗组治疗后症状改善的总有效率显著优于口服安慰剂组(P<0.01)。结论:多模式音频脉冲光电治疗仪能有效地降低原发性1级高血压病患者的血压,改善其临床症状。 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutical effect of multi-mode audio frequency pulse photoelectric therapeutic apparatus on the patients with essential hypertension of stage 1.Methods: We selected 90 cases with essential hypertension of stage 1.After syndrome differentiation,these patients were divided randomly into photoelectric combined with musical treatment group,simple acupuncture group and oral placebo group according to their TCM syndrome types,then the groups were treated respectively.Results: The total effective rate of decompression in the photoelectric combined with musical treatment group was significantly better than that in the simple acupuncture group(P〈0.05) and in the oral placebo group(P〈0.01).The total effective rate of relieving symptoms in the photoelectric combined with musical treatment group was significantly better than that in the oral placebo group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Multi-mode audio frequency pulse photoelectric therapeutic apparatus could lower blood pressure of the patients with essential hypertension of stage 1 and improve their clinical symptoms efficiently.
