疏肝解郁法在男科病中的应用

Application of dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation method in the andrology disease

文章从临床入手,根据男性疾病病因病机发展规律,发现肝气郁结与男性疾病的发病密切相关,介绍临床运用疏肝解郁法治疗多种肝气郁结型男科疾病(慢性前列腺炎、慢性附睾炎、阴茎勃起功能障碍、少弱精症),探求其治疗机制,并通过病案形式来体现其治疗效果,充分体现了中医药辨证论治在男科疾病中的优势,对于临床指导由肝气郁结引起的男科病具有指导意义。

We found that the stagnation of liver qi are closely related with andrology diseases according to the pathogeny,pathogenesis and law of development from the clinical study.And introduced the clinical use of dispersing stagnated liver-qi for relieving qi stagnation method to treat a variety of andrology diseases（chronic prostatitis,Chronic epididymitis,erectile dysfunction,a small weak sperm） due to the stagnation of liver qi,to explore its therapeutic mechanism,and to reflect its therapeutic effect through medical record form.It fully embodies the advantages of the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment in andrology diseasesand is significant for guiding the clinical treatment of andrology diseases due to the stagnation of liver qi.
