摘要
HIV相关性痒疹是HIV/AIDS患者中最常见的炎症性皮肤病之一。中医认为HIV相关性痒疹类似于古代文献中的粟疮、马疥,并主张根据发病机制及临床表现辨证施治。西医认为HIV相关性痒疹病因复杂,可以使用抗组胺药和沙利度胺进行治疗。
HIV-pruritic papular eruption is one of the most common inflammatory skin diseases.TCM believes that HIV-pruritic papular eruption is similar to conjunctival follicle or Ma scabies in ancient literatures,and advocates that the treatment and syndrome differentiation based on pathogenesis and clinical manifestation.Western medicine believes that the pathogenesis of HIV-pruritic papular eruption is complicated,HIV-pruritic papular eruption may be treated by antihistamine and thalidomide.
