摘要
目的:验证建立具有子宫内膜异位症复发风险大鼠模型的可行性及观察中药活血消异方对该模型种植灶体积变化、形态学变化的影响。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫皮下移植法造模,并在造模后第1天给药以模拟具有子宫内膜异位症复发风险的环境,大体及光镜下观察各组大鼠种植灶体积及内膜组织形态的变化。结果:中药组种植灶体积在给药3周时及停药3周后,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组异位内膜的腺上皮细胞扁平,腺腔较小,间质内腺体数量减少。结论:建立大鼠内异症模型并在造模后第1天给药,这种模拟内异症复发风险环境的方法具有可行性;中药活血消异方对异位包块的复发具有良好的、较持久的抑制作用。
Objective: To check feasibility of rat model of recurrent risk of endometriosis and observe the effects of Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction on volume and morphology changes of planting oven in the model.Methods: The model was made by auto-uterus subcutaneous transplantation and administered in the first day after operation to simulate the environment of recurrent risk of endometriosis.Planting oven volume and inner membrance tissue form of all groups rats were observed on the whole and by light microscopy.Results: The difference of the ectopic endometrial volumes was significant between Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction group and model group at drug administration 3 weeks and after drug withdrawal 3 weeks(P〈0.05).Glandular epithelium cells of the ectopic endometrium of the Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction group were flat,their glandular cavities were small,and the numbers of their glandular bodies were decreased.Conclusion: The method of simulating recurrent risk of endometriosis,which established the model of endometriosis and administered drugs at the first day after operation,was feasible.Huoxue Xiaoyi Decoction possessed preferable and Durable inhibitory effects on recurrence of ectopia mass.
