自身免疫性甲状腺炎的针刺干预作用和四诊特征

Four diagnostic characteristic in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis treated by acupuncture

目的:研究自身免疫性甲状腺炎的针刺干预前后四诊特征变化,探讨针刺对血清促甲状腺激素(TSH),游离甲状腺激素(fT4),甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)轴的影响。方法:筛选20例自身免疫性甲状腺炎患者,观察针刺干预前后其四诊特征变化,由医师和四诊合参辅助诊疗仪同时获取受测者四诊特征。同时测量血清TSH,fT4,TPOAb和TGAb水平。结果:医生和四诊合参辅助诊疗仪证候诊断结果一致。在临床甲状腺功能减退症严重的情况下,降低血清TSH,TPOAb含量(P<0.05),但是fT4、TGAb水平未恢复至正常值,原因可能是疗程较短。结论:四诊合参辅助诊疗仪可以辅助临床诊断。针灸通过调节神经内分泌免疫网络的平衡,对甲状腺激素功能的恢复产生积极影响。

Objective： To study the effect of acupuncture on autoimmune thyroiditis and its Chinese syndrome pattern before and after treatment according to four diagnostic methods.Analysis of the blood levels of thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH）,free thyroid hormone（fT4）,thyroid peroxidase antibody（TPOAb） and thyroglobulin antibody（TGAb） both before and after a course of acupuncture treatment.Methods： 20 Patients with autoimmune thyroiditis were selected for the study.Diagnosis was made through four diagnostic methods by Chinese medical doctors and by the BD-DZ Four Diagnostic Parameters Auxiliary Machine,both before and after a course acupuncture treatment.Blood levels were measured for TSH,fT4,TPOAb and TGAb.Results： Through data analysis,we have drawn the conclusion that the machine＇s diagnosis is in accordance with the doctor＇s diagnosis.The results of all cases show a significant decrease of TSH as well as TPOAb levels in blood serum（P〈0.05）,but levels of fT4 and TGAb do not show significant changes.Conclusion： The BD-DZ Four Diagnostic Parameters Auxiliary Machine offers valid clinical diagnostic support.Acupuncture can regulate the neuroimmunoendocrinological system of the body and make significant positive changes on thyroid hormone levels and encourages recovery.
