高校学生评教成绩中学生背景特征的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以河北科技师范学院为对象,对该校2005~2009年连续5年的学生评教结果进行系统统计分析,针对学生评教中学生的背景特征对评价结果的影响进行实证研究,结果认为班级容量、学生年级、学生培养层次等会对评教成绩造成一定的影响,提出制度规范,发挥学生评教的功能;正确分析教师背景特征因素、认真对待课程属性中特征因素、正确对待课程属性中特征因素对学生评教的影响;加强学生的专业教育和思想教育,客观地对待教师的教学评价。 Analyzing the evaluation results of Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology in the excessive years of 2005- 2009, this paper concluded that studctent' s background, such as class sizes, student grades and student levels, etc. would impact on the results to a certain extent, explicating teachers background and dealing with the spi- citic cmcments of courses and corresponding impacts on evaluation results, this paper pmpsposed that students' pro- fessional education and ideological education should be strengthened so that the evaluation would be treated in an ob- jective manner.
