Communism is a world historic career which needs continuous completions rather than a necessary world of ideas.And the emergence and development of world history needs two conditions：one is＂the universal development of productivity＂,the other is＂the universal development of world communication＂.The essence of the world history is the course of man＇s emancipation.The emancipation of the people should not only abandon private ownership and division of labor,but also return the world and relationships to human themselves.Only in the communist society can man have the freedom and comprehensive development,but and be the person who has the universal experience of world history.
