Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise are an important part of the national economy. Its financial uniqueness plays a vital role in economic development and social stability. Based on such problems as the current financing difficulties small and medium-sized enterprises have, weak financial control, rigid management mode and so on, corresponding countermeasures and innova- tion strategies are put forward.
