城市轨道交通高职教育模式的改革与优化研究

Reform and Optimization of Educational Pattern in Rail Transit of Higher Vocational Education

通过对陕西省城市轨道交通高职院校人才培养现状的调研,就当前城市轨道交通高职教育存在的诸多问题,从人才培养目标、课程体系建设、教材系统化、教学组织形式、实训实习设备、师资队伍建设、校企合作制度等多个方面进行了改革和优化方案的探讨,说明目前城市轨道交通高职教育只有锐意改革、适应地方经济的发展才能紧抓机遇再创辉煌。

Based on researching ana analyzing such problems in personnel cultivation of rail transit in higher voca- tional colleges in Shaanxi, the present study deeply explores the reform and optimization approaches from specialize- d establishment, curriculum system construction thoroughly. In addition, some other aspects are examined, such as systematic textbooks, teaching model, practice and internship equipment, faculty troop, cooperation between colle- ges and enterprises, and so on. This study indicates that the only way for creating glory in rail transit of higher vo- cational education is to reform with keen determination, and to meet the needs of local economic development.
