先天性长期缺碘对大鼠脑中生物胺类的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF SEVERE IN-BORN IODINE DEFICIENCY ON THE BIOGENIC MONOAMINES IN RAT BRAIN

摘要 本文观察了先天性严重缺碘大鼠四个脑区中某些神经递质及其有关代谢产物含量的变化。HPLC-ECD测定发现所有低碘组(L)的大脑皮质、下丘脑、尾状核以及嗅球四个脑区中的多巴胺含量比供碘组(N)显著下降(P<0.05或0.001)。低碘组的大脑皮质及尾状核中的去甲肾上腺素也显示急剧下降(P<0.001,P<0.01),下丘脑中的含量两组间差异无显著性,而在嗅球则有增加(P<0.01)。L组的尾状核和下丘脑中5-羟色胺含量降低(P<0.05,P<0.001);在大脑皮质和嗅球中的含量又有增高(P<0.05)。5-羟吲哚乙酸在L组各脑区变化趋势与5-羟色胺一致,仅变动幅度不同。 The changes of the contents of some neurotransmitters and related metabolites in four brain regions of severely in-born iodine-deficient rats were observed using HPLC-ECD assay. Decreased dopamine levels were found in all four brain regions, namely, the cerebral cortex, hypothalamus, caudate nucleus and olfactory bulb of rats in the iodine-deficient group (L) as compared to the iodine-supplied group (N), P<0.05 or<0.001. Norepinephrine levels in the cerebral cortex and caudate nucleus of the L group also showed a sharp decrease (P<0.001), while that in hypothalamus showed no significant difference between the two groups, but increased in the olfactory bulb (P<0.01). In the L group, serotonin contents in caudate nucleus and hypothalamus were decreased(P<0.001 and P<0.01 respectively), but that in cerebral cortex and olfactory bulb were increased (P<0.05). An alteration of 5-hydroxyindolacetic acid level in various brain regions of the L group was found similar to that of serotonin.
