摘要 文章提出了一种基于ADL5317的APD光电二极管传感器的反向偏压设置方式和稳定传感工作方案。在分析外界条件变化时APD传感器各项参数变化规律的基础上,结合APD传感器要求的特殊工作条件和光电变换特性,以及ADL5317的性能特点和内部功能模块的作用,重点阐述了ADL5317对APD传感器的偏压控制方式和镜像电流监测方式,给出了使用ADL5317对APD光电传感器进行偏压综合调控的方法和APD倍增因子稳定方案。研究结果针对APD传感器在外界条件变化时,保持其光电变换特性基本稳定,雪崩增益基本恒定方面,提供了一种解决方案。 This article presents a kind of reverse bias setting mode and stable sensoring solution of APD photodiode sensor based on ADL5317. On the basis of analyzing the changing law of APD parameters when external conditions change, the article emphasizes on APD sensor bias controlling operating mode and mirror current detection by ADL5317 considering the special operating conditions and photo -electric conversion characteristics of APD as well as characteristic feature and internal function module of ADL5317,and provides APD bias integrated controlling method and stabilizing multiplication factor solu- tion. Research results give a kind of solution in keeping the basic characteristics of photoelectric transfor- mation stable and providing a constant multiplication factor in changing external conditions.
