“90后”大学生具有独特的思想行为特征，使高校思想政治教育实效性面临挑战。为此，应努力建设一支“一专多能”的思想政治教育者队伍，创新思想政治教育方法，更新思想政治教育内容，开辟思想政治教育网络战线，以提高“90后”大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

The unique ideological and behavioral characteristics of students born in the 1990s bring about challenges to the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, we should strive to cultivate the ideological and political education staffmembers with a ＂multi-skill＂, innovate methods of ideological and political education, update the its content and to open the front of the ideological and political education network in order to improve effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students born in the 1990s.
