高职学生的管理是一门科学,需要首先深入了解学生的基本状况,在此基础上树立"以人为本"的管理理念,在教育教学过程中积极探寻高职学生管理对策。
The higher vocational students management is a science, at first is understand the basic conditions of students, then to establish ＂people-oriented＂ management concept of higher vocational college students, in the process of education and teaching, actively explore vocational college students management.
