摘要
导师制是目前高职院校探索育人的新途径和新模式。文章主要对"四位一体"的高职院校导师制创新人才培养模式的实践进行了探索,总结了在导师制推行过程中取得的成效及存在的问题,并就高职院校导师制的完善提出改进对策。
The tutorial system is present in the higher vocational colleges to explore new ways and new mode of education. This paper focuses on the＂ four in one＂ College Tutorial System Innovation Talents Cultivation Mode of practice and exploration, summed up in the process of carrying out the tutor system in the achievements and existing problems in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward countermeasures of perfecting tutorial system.
