河北师范大学的顶岗实习支教自2006年开展以来,实习生教师基本技能得到普遍锻炼及提升,专业素质及思想素质得到不同程度的锻炼和提升,但同时也暴露出知识面窄、板书不过关、班级管理能力不足、缺乏个人魅力、不能把握不同年龄阶段学生心理等不足,通过课程设置的调整,有针对性地提高师范生的能力势在必行。
