摘要
河北师范大学的顶岗实习支教自2006年开展以来,实习生教师基本技能得到普遍锻炼及提升,专业素质及思想素质得到不同程度的锻炼和提升,但同时也暴露出知识面窄、板书不过关、班级管理能力不足、缺乏个人魅力、不能把握不同年龄阶段学生心理等不足,通过课程设置的调整,有针对性地提高师范生的能力势在必行。
The Hebei normal university of education reform practice since 2006 exhibition since, intern teachers' basic skills to get common exercise and ascension, professional quality and the ideological quality get different degree of exercise and ascension, but also exposed the narrow range of knowledge, blackboard writing doesn't pass, the class management ability is insufficient, lack of personal charisma, can't hold different age stages the students' psychological etc, through the curriculum of adjustment, targeted to improve students' ability is imperative.
