2010年潍坊市儿童预防接种卡、证建立情况调查

Survey on the Establishment of Children's Vaccination Certificates or Cards,Weifang City,2010

[目的]了解潍坊市儿童预防接种卡、证建立情况,为提高儿童预防接种管理提供科学依据。[方法]2011年11月,从潍坊市儿童预防接种个案数据库2001年1月1日以后出生的常住和流动儿童中,抽取0～9岁儿童资料进行调查。[结果]调查917 510名儿童,已经建立卡、证的911 207人,占99.31%。建卡、证率,常住儿童为99.80%,流动儿童为96.11%(P<0.01);0～2岁常住儿童与流动儿童均为100.00%,3～9岁常住儿童与流动儿童分别在99.58%以上、95.05%以上(P<0.01)。[结论]潍坊市0～9岁儿童预防接种建卡、证率较高,流动儿童的建卡、证工作有待加强。

[Objective]To understand the establishment of children＇s vaccination certificates or cards in Weifang city, so as to provide scientific basis for the management of children＇s vaccination. [Methods]A survey was conducted on the data of 0-9-year-old resident children and migrant children born after January 1,2001 extracted from the Weifang child vaccination case database in November 2011. [Results]Of the 917 510 children surveyed,911 207 children had already established vaccination certificates or cards until November 2011, accounting for 99.31%. The rate of resident children who had estab- lished vaccination certificates or cards was 99.80 %, while that of the migrant children was 96.11% （ P 〈0.01） ;the rate of the 0-2-year-old children, both resident and migrant, was 100.00%3 The rate of the resident children and the migrant children of 3-9-year-old children was above 99.58 % and above 95.05% respectively （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The estab- lishment rate of vaccination certificates or cards among 0-9-year-old children in Weifang city is relatively high, and the establishment of vaccination certificates or cards for migrant children needs to be strengthened.
