摘要 [目的]确定原子荧光光度计测砷最佳前处理方法。[方法]用国家标物中心的质控样,采用四种消解法,进行原子荧光光度测砷比较。[结果]湿法消解测定结果3.83mg/kg,干法消解测定结果4.39mg/kg,均落在扇贝质控样(3.7±0.9)mg/kg的范围内,RSD分别为2.0%、3.5%。[结论]要根据样品性质而定,选择湿法消解或干法消解。 [Objeetive]To find out the best method for measuring the volume of arsenic with atomic fluorescence photometer. [,Methods]Measuring the volume of arsenic of the quality control samples provided by National Standard Center through four different resolution methods and comparing the results. [Results]The result of wet digestion was 3.83 rag/ kg,dry digestion 4.39 mg/kg, both of which fell between 3.7±0.9 mg/kg. The respective RSDs were 2.0% and 3.5 %. [Conclusion]Whether wet digestion or dry digestion is appropriate is determined by the quality of the sample.
