祛湿汤治疗湿疹疗效观察

Dampness Efficacy of Treating Eczema

目的:观察祛湿汤治疗亚急性湿疹的疗效。方法:选择确诊的亚急性湿疹患者100例,随机分为两组,治疗组(中药组)给予祛湿汤口服,对照组(西药组)给予西替利嗪片口服。两组患者同时配合3%硼酸液(院内制剂),氢化可的松软膏(院内制剂)外用。以上患者连续治疗2周,治疗后行疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率81.26%,对照组57.36%,治疗组与对照组有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),而且无严重不良反应。结论:祛湿汤治疗亚急性湿疹疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the dampness decoction Yaya acute eczema treatment. Methods ： The diagnosis of acute eczema Yaya 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ Medicines ） to give oral soup dampness, the control group （western group ）to give oral cetirizine tablets. Two groups of patients in conjunction with 3% boric acid solution （hospital preparation ）, hydroeortisone ointment （compound preparations ） for external use. Consecutive patients treated for more than two weeks. Underwent treatment efficacy evaluation. Results：The treatment group was 81.26%,57.36% in control group, treatment group and control group was statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ）, and no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion ： Treatment of subacute eczema dampness soup significant effect.
