益气聪明汤治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Vertigo with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type with Yiqi Congming Decoction

目的:观察益气聪明汤治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将67例患者随机分为两组,其中对照组33例,给予敏使朗治疗;治疗组34例,给予益气聪明汤治疗,两组均以7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.1%,对照组为75.8%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气聪明汤治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕有较好疗效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Congming decoction in treatment of vertigo with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type. Methods ： Divide 67 Patients patients in randomly into control group （ n=33 ） and treatment group （ n=34 ） .The patients in control group took Betahistine Mesilate tablets and those in treatment group took Yiqi Congming decetion.The treatment course of 2 groups was 7 days.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses. Resulls ： Total effective rate in the treatment group control group was 94.1% and 75.8%, respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Congming Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on the vertigo with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis type.
