宣肺活血法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效探析

Xuanfei Blood Circulation for Treating Children with Cough Variant Asthma Analysis

目的:观察宣肺活血法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法:将54例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成治疗组26例和对照组28例。对照组28例口服顺尔宁治疗;治疗组26例在口服顺尔宁片基础上加服自拟宣肺活血方药治疗,观察两组对咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效和复发率。结果:治疗组显效率为92.3%,对照组显效率为78.5%,复发率治疗组为11.5%,对照组为25.0%(P<0.01)。结论:宣肺活血法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘能显著改善咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床症状。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of ＂diffuse the hmg and invigorate blood＂ method in treating cough variant asthma （ CVA ）. Method ： 54 kid patients with CVA were randomized into two groups with 26 in treatment group and 28 in control group. The 28 patients in control group are administered oral singular, while the 26 in control group are administered oral singular as well as a self-combined formula in the light of ＂diffuse the lung and invigorate blood＂ method to observe the efficacy and relapse rate between the groups. Result ： The response rate in treatment group was 92.3%, compared to a rate of 78.5% in control group. The relapse rate in treatment group was 11.5%,while that in control group is 25.0% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：The method of ＂diffuse the brag and invigorate blood＂ serves to alleviate the syndromes of the kid patients of CVA.
