炙甘草汤联合普罗帕酮治疗室性期前收缩临床观察

Zhigancao Soup Propafenone Treatment of Ventricular Contraction Clinical Observation

目的:观察炙甘草汤联合普罗帕酮治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的室性期前收缩的患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。治疗组给予炙甘草汤和普罗帕酮进行治疗,对照组单纯给予普罗帕酮进行治疗。治疗4周,观察治疗前后两组患者的症状表现和动态心电图室性期前收缩的发生次数。结果:治疗组患者的症状改善率和室性期前收缩的好转率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤联合普罗帕酮口服治疗室性期前收缩的疗效优于普罗帕酮。

Objective： The clinical efficacy observed Zhigancao soup propafenone treatment of ventricular contractions. Method ： 60 patients met the criteria of ventricular contraction in patients randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases, patients were no significant differences were comparable. Treatment group to give Zhiganeao soup and propafenone for treatment and control group were given propafenone for treatment. 4 weeks of treatment, the occurrence of two groups of patients with symptoms and Holter ventrieular contractions before and after treatment. Result： In patients treated with symptom improvement rates and improved rates of ventricular contraction than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Zhigancao soup propafenone oral treatment of ventricular contractions more effective than propafenone.
