And according to traditional Chinese medicine, hypertension is dizziness in TCM, which is caused by the heat of excessive nervousness, worries and emotions ; unbalance of Yin and Yang, abnormal movement of Qi, blood and meridians due to excessive working, drinking and greasy food.
