温肾泄浊汤治疗中期慢性肾衰合并甲功减退症80例临床观察

Clinical observation on the treating of mid-term chronic renal failure accompanied with impairment of the thyroid disease with warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction

目的:探讨温肾泄浊汤治疗中期慢性肾功能衰竭合并甲状腺功能减退症的疗效。方法:选择160例本病患者,随机分为两组各80例,两组病例均采用西药常规治疗方法,治疗组在西药治疗基础上给予口服温肾泄浊汤,疗程均为2个月。结果:治疗组总有效率83.75%,对照组为67.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组在改善患者症状方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后可以改善患者的Scr、FT3、FT4等指标,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾泄浊汤治疗中期CRF合并甲减疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of mid-term chronic renal failure accompanied with impairment of the thyroid disease with warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction.Methods：The 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the treatment group and the control group.In both groups,the western routine method was used;in the treatment group,the 80 cases were given the warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction for oral administration,the course of which was two months.Results：The total rate of the treatment group is 83.75%,which is superior to that of the control group 67.5%（P〈0.05）.In terms of improving the symptoms of the patients,there exists significant difference in the treatment group compared with the control group（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;in terms of clinical effects,the treatment group can improve the index of Bun、Scr、FT3、FT4、TSH and etc,with significant difference compared with the control group（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There exists significant effect in treating chronic renal failure accompanied with impairment of the thyroid disease with warming kidney and reducing turbidity decoction.
