摘要
目的探讨年龄≥90岁的超高龄老人血镁水平及缺血性心脑血管疾病发生之间的关系。方法回顾性分析150例年龄≥90岁的超高龄老年患者的血镁水平,比较患有缺血性心脑血管病及非心脑血管病患者血镁水平,并分析不同血镁水平患者缺血性心脑血管病患病率情况。结果总血镁浓度为(0.839±0.144)mmol/L,不同年龄、性别组组间患者血镁浓度差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。缺血性心脑血管疾病总发生率为60.7%,其中发生心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、同时合并心脑血管疾病的概率分别为52.0%、39.3%、30.7%。除发生脑血管疾病患者血镁水平与未发生者组间差异无统计学意义外(均P>0.05),发生心血管疾病者血镁水平低于未发生心血管疾病者、同时合并心脑血管疾病者血镁水平低于未发生心脑血管者,且组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。虽低镁血症患者发生心脑血管疾病的概率较正常血镁水平患者发生心脑血管疾病的概率要低,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论年龄≥90岁的超高龄缺血性心脑血管疾病患者血镁水平低于未罹患心脑血管疾病患者,因此,血镁可能参与年龄≥90岁的超高龄缺血性心脑血管疾病患者的发病及进展过程。
Objective To observe the serum magnesium level in super-senior eider patients (age ≥ 90 years) with ischemic cardiocerebrovascular diseases and investigate the relationship between serum magnesium and incidence of ischemic cardiocerebrovascular diseases. Methods The serum magnesium level of admitted 150 super- senior elder patients was analyzed retrospectively. The serum magnesium levels between patients with or without ischemic cardiocerebrovascular diseases were compared, and the incident rates of cardiocerebrovascular diseases occurred in patients with different serum magnesium levels was also compared. Results Total level of serum magnesium was(0. 839 +0. 144)mmol/L,and there was no significant difference in the levels of serum magnesium among groups which sub-grouped by different ages and gender (both P 〉 0. 05 ). The total incident rate of cardiocerebrovascular diseases was 60.7%, and the incident rate of cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, and cardiovascular diseases and/or cerebrovascular diseases was 52.0% ,39. 3% and 30.7% respectively. The serum magnesium level in patients with cardiovascular diseases was significantly lower than those without cardiovascular diseases and also significantly lower in patients with cardiocerebrovascular diseases as compared with those without cardiocerebrovascular diseases ( both P 〈 0. 05 ), except in patients with cerebrovascular diseases as compared to those without cerehrovascular diseases ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Though the incident rate of cardiocerebrovascular diseases was lower in hypomagnesaemia group than that in normal magnesemia group, no significant difference was found between them (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions The serum magnesium was lower in super-senior elder patients with ischemic cardiocerebrovascular diseases than those without cardiocerebrovascular diseases. Hence, the magnesium may involve in the onset and progressing of the ischemic cardiocerebrovascular diseases in the super-senior elder patients.
