摘要
患者女，39岁。因双下肢反复起疹伴痒2年入院。患者自诉皮疹初发于双大腿，始为粟粒大红斑、丘疹，渐向边缘扩展，中央颜色渐消退，呈环形、半环形，自觉瘙痒，可忍，伴脱屑，为糠秕状鳞屑，曾在多家医院门诊治疗，考虑离心性环状红斑及体癣，予西替利嗪、氯苯那敏及伊曲康唑等药物口服，并皮炎平乳膏、派瑞松乳膏等药物外搽，皮疹可稍消退，瘙痒可减轻。但易反复，皮疹范围渐向小腿扩展，延及双下肢，病情迁延反复。
