摘要 未来传统能源将不可避免地逐渐枯竭,分布式发电(Distributed Generation,DG)成为当前新的研究热点。由于缺乏合理、有效的量化模型,DG的效益一直未能得以充分体现。针对这种情况,分析了DG在降低线损、环境效益、延缓输配电建设、减少购电支出、提高供电可靠性、改善气候等方面的效益,并且建立了DG效益的量化评估模型。算例分析表明,DG的合理接入能够带来显著的经济、社会效益。建立的模型可以定量地反映DG接入配电网带来的效益,从而为DG的进一步发展提供了参考依据。 In the future, the traditional energy sources will be inevitably exhausted, and the distributed generation (DG) has become the new hotspot. However, due to the lack of reasonable and effective quantitative models, the benefits of DG have not been fully reflected. In response, the DG benefits such as reducing line losses, environmental benefits, delaying the construction of transmission and distribution, reducing power purchase expenses, improving power supply reliability, and changing climate are analyzed, and effective estimate models are established. Numerical example shows that DG can bring economic and social benefits, and the benefits of DG can be quantitatively reflected by the models, so as to provide a reference for the development of DG.
