浅议影响教师专业发展的基本要素 被引量:1

摘要 文章围绕教师知识结构与专业发展的关系,在对影响教师专业发展的基本要素分析的基础上,从发展教师的学科知识、课程知识,强化教师之间的合作学习,将课程知识与教学法有机结合,建立对话型的开放课堂等方面入手,提出了促进教师专业发展的策略。
