汉普夏血液含量对汉金杂种青年母猪生殖器官及排卵数的影响研究

Effects of the Blood Percentage of Hampshire on the Genital Organ and Ovulation Rate of Crossbred of HJ Gilt

汉金杂种猪 11头和纯金华猪 3头按外血含量 (6 2 .5%、37.5%和 0 % )分为 3组 ,对其生殖器官及排卵数进行了最小二乘协方差分析。结果表明外血含量 37.5%和 6 2 .5%的母猪子宫体、子宫颈、阴道和前庭总重量大于金华猪 (p=0 .0 78)。外血含量为 6 2 .5%的母猪排卵数少于金华猪 (p=0 .0 58)。本研究表明汉普夏血液含量过高的青年母猪繁殖性能较差。

Leaned crossbred of HJ gilts and 3 pured Jinhuagilts were grouped by three levels of Hampshire blood content(HBC)(62.5%、37.5% and 0%).The weight of gilt genital organ and ovulation rate were analysed by least square covariance.The results showed that the total weights of uterine body、 cervix、vagina and vestibulum of crossbred giltwere greater than those of Jinhua’s(p<0.01).The ovulation rate of 62.5% crossbred gilt was fewer than that of Jinhua’s(p=0.058).This study showed that heighter HBC of gilt would not be favorable for ovulation rate.
