An Investigation on Zhejiang Kindergartens’ Requirement of Teachers during the 12th Five Years:Based on Questionnaire and Interviews with 500 Kindergarten Directors

摘要 为了尽可能准确了解浙江省幼儿园在“十二五”期间对教师的需求情况,研究者对浙江省500家不同性质、不同地区及不同等级的幼儿园的园长进行了问卷调查与访谈。结果显示:幼儿园教师队伍逐渐呈现高学历趋势,中等幼儿师范教育面临严峻挑战;端正的职业态度是幼儿园招聘教师时的首要考虑因素;教师良好的心理素质和性格特点日益受到重视:既具有较高的基本素质又具有某项专长的教师最受青睐。 In order to understand Zhejiang Kindergartens' requirement of teachers during the 12th five years, the researcher did a questionnaire and interviews with 500 directors of kindergarten of different natures, locations and levels. The results indicate that the kindergarten teaching staff are obtaining increasingly higher education, and the preschool teacher education at the intermediate level is faced with severe challenge; a positive professional attitude is the first consideration of the directors when recruiting teachers; sound psychology and personality are becoming increasingly important; teachers with solid comprehensive qualifies as well as speciality are most popular with kindergartens.
