摘要
园长领导力是幼儿园管理与发展的核心问题。通过对我国26个省区市90名园长的问卷调查发现:目前园长领导力的现状不容乐观,园长们主要存在结构领导力、教育领导力、课程和教学指导能力、科研指导能力相对薄弱,规划能力、沟通能力和影响力不高等问题。要想提升园长的领导力,园长应以教育领导者为首要职业角色,努力构建领导共同体和幼儿园共同愿景,加强与高校、科研机构专家以及其他幼儿园之间的联系,等等。
The leadership of kindergarten director is the key to the kindergarten's administration and development. However, the questionnaire survey on 90 directors reveals that the situation of kindergarten director's leadership is not satisfactory. Problems exist in weak organizational leadership, educational leadership, instructive ability of curriculum and teaching guidance ability of scientific research as well as in low capability in planning, communication and influence. To lift the leadership, the kindergarten director, need to recognize his role as the educational leader and construct a leader community and kindergarten prospect, and seek cooperation with universities, research institute and other kindergartens.
