苎麻雄性不育系温光反应特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 在不同温度条件下采用不同日长 (9.5~ 12 .5h d)光照处理 ,分析供试苎麻雄性不育系的发育对温度和日照长度的反应。不同供试材料在特定条件下的营养生长进度较为一致 ,而生殖生长进度差异较大 ;高温主要促进营养生长阶段的发育 ,而短日照主要促进生殖生长阶段的发育 ;短日高温条件明显加速苎麻不育系的发育速度。但高温的促进作用随日照长度增加而减弱 。 This study aims at understanding of the response of ramie male sterile lines (MSLs) to temperature and photoperiod in their development, by different photoperiod (9.5~12.5 h/day) treatment under different temperature modes. The tested MSLs showed almost the same development rates in the vegetative growth stage,but different development rates in the reproductive growth stage under certain environment. Higher temperature mainly accelerated the vegetative growth,while shorter photoperiod sped up the development of ramie MSLs the reproductive stage. Moreover,shorter photoperiod with higher temperature together evidently shortened the whole development period of the tested MSLs. But the acceleration effect of higher temperature might be minified,until or even below nil by longer photoperiod.
