“好地方”绿色食品柑桔品质影响因素及果实质量评价研究 被引量:12

摘要 对“好地方”牌绿色食品柑桔的生长状况、气象、土壤等环境因素对果实质量的影响进行了较系统的研究。结果表明 :柑桔树体生长良好 ,东江库区的气象、土壤环境适宜柑桔生长发育 ,果实品质优异 ,卫生检测结果符合绿色食品标准。获得绿色食品证号为LB - 0 7- 980 0 118336 1的国家认证。 Systematical comparative studies on the growth state of mandarin oranges, “Good Place” green food, and the influence of environmental factors, such as climate and soil, on the quality of fruits were carried out. The results show that orange trees grow well and the climate and soil environment of Dongjiang Reservoir area is fit for orange trees to grow and develop. The quality of fruits is excellent and is up to the standard of green food through sanitary examination and measurement. It has been attested by the state and the certification number of green food is LB-07-98001183361.
