摘要
实验采用四种限制性内切酶 (HhaI、EcoRV、HaeIII、XbaI) ,运用PCR -RFLPS的方法 ,研究了泰和乌骨鸡MHC分子遗传多态性 ,探讨了各基因型与其繁殖性能的相关关系 ,结果表明 :四种酶切区别的B -LIIBβ1 外元的多态性及MHC基因组合型对蛋重及受精蛋孵化率影响差异均不显著。EcoRV及XbaI酶切多态性对产蛋数及受精率影响差异不显著。但MHC基因组合型及HaeIII。
Genetic Variations of Major Histocompatibility Complex in Chinese Taihe silky fowl were detected by PCR-RFLPS, four restriction enzymes (including HhaI、EcoRV、HaeIII and XbaI) were used, and the relationship of each genotype to breeding performance was discussed. The results showed that: the genotype detected by four restriction enzymes and MHC genotype classified by the combination of four restraction enzymes had no significant relationship to egg weight and hatch rate of fertile eggs, and the genotype detected by EcoRv and XbaI were not related to egg production and fertility rate remarkably, Both the genotypes classified by the combination of four restraction enzymes and the genotypes detected by EcoRV and XbaI, however showed significant relationship to egg production and fertility rate.
