摘要 介绍了在体积分数 φ =0 .0 5OV - 2 2 5填充柱上 ,以邻苯二甲酸正戊酯为内标物 ,FID检测 ,用气相色谱法对乙草胺 -阿灭净可湿性粉剂的活性物质含量进行了分析研究。该方法乙草胺和阿灭净的变异系数分别为 0 .0 36 %和 0 .0 48% ;回收率分别为 10 2 .37%和 10 0 .2 6 %。此法操作简便 ,定量准确。 With Flame Ionization Detector, the gas chromatograph determination of the active components of Acentochlor and Ametryne in the wettable powder was studied on 5% OV-225/chromosorb W-HP column by using di-n-amyl phthalate as the internal standard. The results showed that the recoveries of Acentochlor and Ametryne were 100.26% and 102.37% respectively, the coefficients of variation were 0.036% and 0.048%, and the linear correlations were 0.9999 and 0.9994. This method is simple, accurate and of good reproducibility.
