Set-up and Modification of the Transferring System of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Achievements

分析了我国农业科技成果转化状况、存在的主要问题及制约因素 ,提出了建立健全农业科技成果转化机制和对农业科技成果转化实行特殊政策等对策措施。

Countermeasures were worked out for setting up and modification of the transferring system of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, such as applying a special policy to promote the transferring of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, on the basis of analyzing the conditions, problems and imperfects in transferring system of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China.
