应用电镜技术研究大理州烟草苗期病毒病的发生状况

Study on the Occurrence of Tobacco Seedling Virus Diseases by Electronic microscopic in Dali Prefecture

从 1993～ 1998年应用电镜技术中的负染法、免疫电镜及超薄切片法 ,研究大理州烟草病毒病重病区烟苗期病毒痛发生状况。结果表明 :大理州烟苗期病毒病种类有CMV ,PVY ,TMV ,TEV ,TSWV及一种引起丛枝病的植原体(MLOs) ;并对烟苗带毒率进行检测 ,一般达 2 9 87%～ 81 48%。

The Occurrence of tobacco seedling diseases in Dali, the high virus disease occurred area. have been studied by using negative tinction, immunization, and ultrathin section methods of Electronic microscope. The results showed that the sort of tobacco seedling disease in Dali Prefecture are CMV,PVY, TMV, TEV, TSWV and MLOS (it caused witches' broom symptom disease). The test of the virus carred rate of tobacco seedling is up to 29 87%～81 48%.
