With the continuous development of higher vocational education, the study on the cul- ture of higher vocational colleges is deepened. The culture in higher vocational colleges embodies the value judgment shared by both teachers and students, which is the integration of material and spiritual wealth made by teachers and students in the specific environment of the campus. The theory of speech act belongs to the research category of pragmatics, which is a dynamic knowledge system reflecting the objective rules that people use and understand language.
