The Exploration and Pratice on the Cultivation of the Skilled Talents by the Combination between Industry and Education

产教结合是职业教育培养技能型人才的有效模式,以校企合作为基本途径。但在实践中,这一模式遇到了不少问题,影响了人才培养的质量。青岛电子学校对此进行了探索和分析,形成了自己的应对策略,并取得了一定的成果。深入研究这些策略,可以为其他院校的产教结合工作构成启发。

The combination between industry and education is an effective mode for the vocational education to cultivate skilled talents. It takes the cooperation between schools and enterprises as the basic way. However this mode meets quite a few problems in the practice, which influences the quali- ty of the talents cultivation. Based on its exploration and analysis on the situation, Qingdao Electronic School has formed its own coping strategies and has gained some achievements. The intensive study on these strategies can inspire the other schools on the combination between industry and education.
