德育品牌,实质上就是学校在办学过程中的价值取向、文化追求和独特个性。创建德育品牌需要目标驱动、理念驱动、规划驱动、行为驱动、评价驱动。只有尊重规律,立足校本和学情,追求实效,才能提升德育品牌的整体影响力。
The brand of moral education is essentially the schools value orientation, cultural pur- suit and unique characters during the school running. The brand creation of the moral education needs the drive in the object, idea, plan, behavior and evaluation. The comprehensive influence of the moral education brand won't be improved unless the rules are respected, the schools own situations are based on and the actual effect is pursued.
