HPLC法测定女贞二至膏中特女贞苷的含量

Determination of Specnuezhenide in Nuzhen Erzhi Gao by HPLC

目的:建立测定女贞二至膏中特女贞苷含量的方法。方法:采用Luna C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长224 nm,柱温25℃,流速0.7 mL/min,采用外标两点法计算特女贞苷的含量。结果:特女贞苷在0.101～2.02 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率平均为97.1%,RSD为0.77%。结论:本方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于女贞二至膏中特女贞苷的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of specnuezhenide in Nuzhen Erzhi Gao. Methods： Luna Cl8 column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L and potassium dihydrogen phosphate （23 ： 77 ）. The UV detector was set at 224 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min. Calculate contents with external standard two- point method. Results： The linear response range was 0. 101 -2.02 mg/mL （r = 0. 9998 ）. The average recovery of specnuezhenide was 97.1% , and RSD was 0.77%. Conclusions： The assay demonstrated that the method was accurate, simple and repeatable; it can be applied in quantitative determination of specnuezhenide in Nuzhen Erzhi Gao.
