晚期早产儿患病率、病死率及远期预后研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 早产的发生率在世界范围内呈现增加趋势，主要归因于晚期早产儿出生率的增加。晚期早产儿定义为胎龄在34^（＋0.7）～36^（＋6/7）周（即孕239～259d）的新生儿，以前曾被称为近足月儿（near term infant）。晚期早产儿是增长速度最快的一个早产儿群体，在2009年占所有早产儿的近75％。在美国，从1990年到2005年间晚期早产儿的发生率上升了25％。
