摘要
网络围观作为信息化背景下的新兴网络现象,深刻影响着当下的现实社会生活和政治生活,对我国政府公信力建设带来了严峻挑战。基于政府公信力视角存在三方面的举措规避网络围观负面效应。第一层次是公开政府信息打造"回应政府",第二层次是合理使用技术转变管制思维,第三层次是弥合制度鸿沟落实"问责机制"。
As the emerging internet phenomenon, browsers affect the reality of social and political life and bring serious challenges to the construction of our country＇s government credibility under the background of information. Based on the government credibility perspective, there are three levels to avoid the negative effects of browsers： firstly opening the government information and constructing the responsive government; secondly using technical control properly and changing the idea of controlling; thirdly bridging the system gap to carry out the accountability mechanism.
