个性化教育本质辨析

从本质上来说,个性化教育的目标不是培养受教育者笼统的、抽象的个性,而是要塑造受教育者的优良品格,在实际中处理好个性化教育和素质教育、创新教育与社会主义核心价值观教育之间的关系;在实施个性化教育的过程中,需要综合考虑受教育者的个性心理特征和教育投入,制定合理的教育计划和实施方案,同时需要进一步深化教育体制改革,统筹兼顾自考、民办教育等多种教育体系、教育市场。
