高职院校“双师型”教师“双能”培养探析

On Cultivation of "Double Quality Teachers" in Higher Vocational Colleges

建设一支强化技能性和实践性教学要求的"双师型"教师队伍是提高高职院校核心竞争力的关键所在。拟对"双师型"教师的提出进行了追溯,在此基础上进一步对"双师型"教师内涵展开了辨析,指出"双证+双能"是"双师型"教师的合理表述,"双能"是"双师型"教师队伍建设的关键和难点;同时通过分析阻碍"双能"培养的因素,提出若干建议。
