Zhang Chengzhi has been pursuing something in the spirit level since he entered into the literary world as an ed- ucated youth. By studying his works , the paper tries to explore the enlightenment brought about by Zhang Chengzhi＇s pursuit for the nature of life, by his journey of guarding the spiritual home when pursuing loaves and fishes in great changes of times.
